Parent-Toddler Program
This year we have four different elements to our Young Child Program.
Parent-Toddler Program
Our parent Toddler (child) Program is a wonderful way to introduce your child to a classroom experience, and for parents to learn more about the rich, developmental approach of Waldorf education. The home-like atmosphere of the program is calming and enriching for both the young child and the attending parent or caregiver. Classes include parent-child interactive games, child observation, craft activities, creative play and a wholesome snack. The focus on the program is to enhance the parent's understanding of child development and to offer ideas for activities that can be done at home.
Young Toddlers Class
(12 months- 20 months)
Meets on Thursday mornings
8:45 am - 10:45 am
Older Toddler Class

Babies Class
Babies lie on a soft blanket and parents sit in a circle around them. We will be quietly observing our babies as they move around and reach for beautiful toys on the blanket. We will give our babies a lavender foot rub and sing seasonal songs and lullabies. We will have the opportunity to discuss many topics about child development, and most importantly, what do babies really need from us? A nurturing and beautiful atmosphere is created for the parents and babies.
Warm tea and a nourishing snack will be served to the parents.
